
The DCLA KidWind teams had a fantastic day, proudly representing our school with their hard work and knowledge! • Ilianna earned 1st place in her division with an impressive 91% score! • Hadlee, Adleigh, Clara, and Aubree’s team brought home 2nd place with a 90%! • Kater, Juan Louis, and Raiden scored a strong 87%, just missing the top three. Our students have been working hard designing and testing their wind turbines, and now it's time to showcase their innovation and teamwork on the state stage.
The competition runs from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and includes turbine testing, presentations to judges, and instant challenges.

CONGRATULATIONS to our FFA Public Speakers on a week of great contests! Bristol and Jonas competed at two contests in the extemporaneous category, Derby competed at one contest also in extemporaneous and Piper competed in the 9th grade creed contest at one contest!! This is the number one fear in the United States and I am so proud of these students for doing these contests!!



🌟 Today, our Elementary Gifted & Talented kids took an amazing trip to the Oklahoma Regional Food Bank in OKC! 🥰 They volunteered for 2 1/2 hours, working hard to prepare after school meals and snacks for children. 🍏🍎 We are so proud of our students and their dedication to helping others! 🙌❤️ #MakingADifference #ProudTeachers
